Document Microfilming: Hardcopy documents are converted to film images and stored on microfiche cards or microfilm rolls. Microfilmed documents can be retrieved with a standard reader/printer. User has one field when retrieving microfilmed documents.

Document Imaging: Hardcopy documents are converted to electronic images (tiffs) and stored on CDs for efficient storage. Electronic document images can be retrieved from a standard workstation computer using one of the following operating systems - Windows 95, 98 or NT and Raycom's RDIS. User can choose from multiple search fields when retrieving scanned documents.

Converting Microfilm to Electronic Images: Microfilm/Microfiche images are transferred to electronic media. User can access documents with both a standard personal computer and standard a reader/printer.

Computer Output Microfiche (COM): Report data in a text format is transferred to microfiche cards for easy retention and retrievability. Data residing on microfiche can be retrieved with a standard reader/printer. User has one field when retrieving information.

Computer Output to Laser Disk (COLD): Report data in a text format is transferred to CD-ROM disks for easy retention and retrievability. Data residing on CD-ROM disks can be retrieved from a standard workstation computer using one of the operating systems - Windows 3.1, Windows 95, 98 and Raycom's Rapid Access. User can choose from multiple search fields with full text capabilities when retrieving report data.

CD-ROM/Tape Duplication: A single master CD or tape is duplicated. Copies can be distributed from the Raycom Data Technologies facility.

Data Conversion: Converting data from one media to another.
